Noosa Real Estate Investment Projects

People invest in our projects for many reasons. The major benefit historically has been the lifestyle associated with the product. Our projects are brand new, quality designed with state-of-the-art finishes, and generally boast magnificent sea views both internally and from the spacious balconies. Whilst the lifestyle decision is important for many buyers also the effectiveness of the investment plays a major role.

Generally investment in projects allows the following features:

            
  1. Generally a higher (net) yield 8 to 10% can be obtained through holiday letting as opposed to a net yield of perhaps 5% from permanent residential.
  2. Owners have the added benefit of being able to stay in their own property whilst in Noosa, as opposed to being bound by a fixed term tenancy agreement on a normal residential property.
  3. Generally the properties are tax advantageous, qualifying for a building depreciation allowance of 4% as opposed to a 2.5% on permanent residential.
  4. The furniture and fittings can also be depreciated, generally at a rate of approximately 20%.
